10 PM. Helen just walked in the door. She had an event. A Purple Label big shot from New York came down to show the latest swatches for this years Made to Measure event. It's a party we would never attend if Helen didn't work for the company. $3 to $5k for a suit. Not even a bespoke one at that. Still way out of my price range. I must admit the fabric is a bit like wearing a suit of butter, without the mess.

Not a chance. They blew it this weekend. To Virgina of all teams. They had a chance to clinch a spot after the Carolina win. 4 games out and the wheels came off the bus. Now the only chance they have of getting in the tourney is by winning the ACC tournament. Yeah Right.

Springtime is around the corner. We're looking at a 50 degree day here in Washington D.C., which is right around the average temperature for early March. Spent the weekend watching the kiddies. Mainly hanging out at the house decompressing from a busy week. We did go out and get Jake a bag for his Tae Kwon Do sparing gear. We picked up his gear late last week. Head protector, chest shield, arm and shin guards.... and get this ... a cup. I did not know they made them for 6 year olds. He starts full contact sparing today.
At the request of her GM, Helen worked at the Ralph store in Tysons Corner. It was dead. Whats worse, a coworker called to tell her it was busy in Chevy Chase. She was not a happy bunny when she came home Saturday night.
